I have always been drawn to personal development and growth — to the question of how we become more aware, more resilient, and more human in the way we lead and relate.

Over time, I noticed how much difference it makes when we can take more perspectives, stay present under pressure, develop empathy, and build relationships that are both honest and supportive. Not as ideals, but as lived capacities.

As I worked on my own development, it became clear how much I enjoy supporting others in their growth — especially leaders who carry responsibility, complexity, and expectations and coaches who need support, a space for reflection and learning.

Today, I work with leaders, coaches, and teams through coaching, mentor coaching, supervision, and team development — always grounded in reflection, relationship, and real-life context.
