For Teams & Organisations

Strengthening collective leadership, collaboration, and impact

Teams and organisations operate within complex systems of relationships, expectations, and constraints. When pressure increases or direction becomes unclear, it is often not a lack of competence that gets in the way, but how people work together.

My work with teams and organisations creates reflective and practical spaces to make sense of complexity, improve collaboration, and strengthen collective leadership — without losing sight of purpose and results.

When teams and organisations choose to work with me

Teams and organisational leaders often reach out when:

  • collaboration feels fragmented, tense, or overly polite
  • decision-making is slow, unclear, or contested
  • strategy exists, but execution lacks alignment
  • change, growth, or restructuring increases pressure
  • leadership teams want to move from individual excellence to collective effectiveness

This work is not about quick fixes, but about developing the team’s capacity to think, relate, and act together.

How I work with teams and organisations

I support teams and organisations through team coaching, facilitation, and tailored workshops, always grounded in the team’s real context and challenges.

Team Coaching

Team coaching works with the team as a living system, rather than focusing only on individual members. It supports teams to reflect on their dynamics, clarify their purpose, and strengthen how they collaborate and make decisions.

Team coaching often supports:

  • clearer alignment and shared direction
  • healthier conflict and open dialogue
  • stronger accountability and ownership
  • improved collaboration with stakeholders
  • increased resilience under pressure
Workshops & Facilitation

Workshops and facilitated sessions create focused moments of shared insight and alignment, helping teams move forward together.

Common themes include:

  • strategy and execution (e.g. working with Obeya)
  • OKRs as a leadership practice
  • communication, collaboration, and feedback
  • introduction to Agile ways of working

All workshops are tailor-made and can stand alone or be integrated into longer team coaching journeys.

LEGO® Serious Play®

LEGO® Serious Play® is a facilitation methodology that supports thinking, dialogue, and problem-solving through building and storytelling.

It is particularly effective when teams need to:

  • make complex topics visible and discussable
  • surface different perspectives safely
  • build shared understanding and alignment
  • explore strategy, roles, or future direction

Assessments for teams (when useful)

In some contexts, assessments can support clarity and shared language. I use team-focused assessments selectively and developmentally, always embedded in reflection and dialogue.

Commonly used with teams:

  • Team Cohesion Index
  • Leadership assessments for leadership teams (when appropriate)

Assessments are used as mirrors, not labels.

What becomes possible

Teams and organisations engaging in this work often experience:

  • stronger alignment and collective clarity
  • more effective communication and decision-making
  • healthier ways of addressing tension and conflict
  • increased adaptability and resilience
  • greater collective impact beyond the team itself

Over time, this supports not only team performance, but also organisational sustainability and leadership maturity.

What working together typically looks like

  1. Initial conversation — clarifying context, challenges, and intentions
  2. Design & contracting — choosing the right mix of coaching, facilitation, or workshops
  3. Joint work — team sessions, workshops, and reflective dialogue
  4. Integration — embedding learning into everyday collaboration

Each engagement is adapted to the organisation’s culture, maturity, and needs.
