Reflective support for depth, integrity, and sustainability in practice
Coaching others requires more than techniques and tools. Over time, it calls for ongoing reflection, ethical awareness, and care for one’s own presence and capacity — especially when working in complex human systems.
My work with coaches creates dedicated reflective spaces to deepen practice, strengthen professional judgment, and support sustainable development over time.
When coaches choose to work with me
Coaches often reach out when they:
- want to deepen their coaching presence and impact
- notice recurring patterns in their client work
- seek reflective space beyond skill acquisition
- are navigating ethical, relational, or systemic complexity
- want to sustain themselves professionally over the long term
- are preparing for, renewing, or integrating ICF credentialing
This work is not about “doing coaching right,” but about growing conscious choice, awareness, and integrity in practice.
How I work with coaches
I support coaches primarily through mentor coaching and supervision. While these serve different purposes, both are grounded in reflection, dialogue, and learning from real client work.
Mentor Coaching
Mentor coaching focuses on developing coaching competence, presence, and confidence. It supports coaches to reflect on their sessions, explore their impact, and deepen alignment with professional standards.
Mentor coaching may include:
- reflection on recorded or remembered coaching sessions
- working with ICF core competencies
- exploring who you are as a coach, not just what you do
- support with ICF credentialing where relevant
Supervision
Supervision creates a broader reflective and restorative space for coaches to explore their work within its relational, ethical, and systemic context.
Supervision supports:
- reflection on client work and professional challenges
- ethical decision-making and boundary awareness
- noticing parallel processes and systemic dynamics
- restoring perspective, resilience, and professional confidence
Both individual and group formats are available for mentor coaching and supervision.
A note on credentials and assessment
I am a certified Mentor Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a trained PCC marker assessor.
This means my work with coaches is informed by a clear understanding of ICF competencies and assessment standards — while keeping the focus firmly on learning, development, and reflective practice, not evaluation.
What becomes possible
Coaches who engage in this work often experience:
- deeper presence and confidence in their coaching
- increased awareness of patterns and blind spots
- clearer professional judgment in complex situations
- stronger ethical grounding and boundaries
- greater sustainability and ease in practice
Over time, this supports not only the coach’s development, but also the quality of work they offer their clients.
What working together typically looks like
- Initial conversation — clarifying intention, context, and fit
- Contracting — purpose, format, and boundaries
- Mentor coaching or supervision sessions — reflective inquiry grounded in real work
- Integration — translating insight into ongoing practice
Each engagement is tailored to your experience, context, and developmental edge.
Unsure what would best support you?
If you’re not certain whether mentor coaching or supervision would be most useful at this moment, this is something we can explore together.
